In this article we will look at the days of Noah. Why did God send the flood? Was it an act of redemption? If so, then why? We are told that the last days before the return of the Lord Jesus will be like the days of Noah. How can we understand the last days if we do not understand the days of Noah? This article will cover the complete revelation of the Nephilim. Who were these giants and why did God judge and destroy them again and again? Why do atheists today get upset over certain verses where Israel was commanded to destroy cities killing all the men, women, children, and animals? We will answer all these things in this article.
Genesis 3
14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
After Adam and Eve sinned, God said some things. He spoke to Satan who was in the form of a serpent. Verse 15 says that God will put enmity between the seed of the women and Satan. This means one of her children will arise and bruise the head of the devil. All Satan will succeed in doing, is to bruise the seed of the woman in the heel. A bruise to the head is a fatal wound. A bruise to the heel hurts a little but is very minor. This is what God told Satan and the devil understood what was said.
What was Satan's reaction? He had to stop the seed of the woman from being born. So years before the generation of Noah, he put a plan into action. The plan was to corrupt the seed of the women so that Messiah could not be born. Fallen angels came down after leaving their habitation and took wives of the daughters of men. Children were born as a result. These were humans with corrupt DNA. They were part human and part angelic DNA. Angels didn't stop there. They also changed the DNA of various animals. By changing the genes at conception a different animal can be born. Why am I saying that? Because today scientists have learned how to change the DNA and genes of animals, plants, and people. Strange things are now being born. There are now genetically modified foods, genetically modified animals, and genetically modified humans in existence. This is the exact same sin against God which was done in the days of Noah. As a result God sent the flood and destroyed everyone except those in the ark. Therefore changing DNA today, will bring the final judgment upon the world. This also means the soon return of the Lord Jesus.
2 Peter 2
4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;
5 And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
We are told the timing of this great sin before the Lord. Verse 5 tells us it happened in the days of Noah. Notice that the angels that greatly sinned in the days of Noah, were bound with chains of darkness and thrown into a pit until the day of judgment. Their sin was great as they corrupted the human DNA and hybrid human creatures were born called the Nephilium or giants.
Here is some further information about this great sin of the fallen angels:
Jude 1
6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
These fallen angels tried to corrupt the human race and DNA so the promised Messiah could not be born. We are told that they left their estate and habitation in order to commit this great sin before God. However, God intervened in judgment and they did not succeed in corrupting the DNA of all humanity. They were judged by being bound and thrown into a pit to await the day of judgment. So today, when you hear of trans-humanism changing the DNA of things, know that it brings forth the judgment of God. Lost mankind with the help of fallen angels are now changing the DNA in food, plants, animals, and humans. They brag of creating human being version 2.0. You see they don't like God's version of mankind. They hope by fooling with the genes and DNA that they may be able to create/breed a better more advanced human being. This whole idea started at least in the days of Hitler. He wanted to create an Aryian race of advanced humans. Well the research did not stop after world war 2. Today, scientists are very good and changing the DNA and genes of things. This type of action is forbidden by God.
Matthew 24
37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
We must go back to Genesis chapter 6 where the days of Noah are described. This great sin was started in the days of Noah. Those days are marked by great wickedness and violence in the world. But something else also happened. Have a look at verse 2 below:
Genesis 6
1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
Verse 2 states that 'the sons of God' saw the woman and took them to be wives and children were born of them. These were hybrid children which were part human and part fallen angel DNA. They were the Nephilium or giants which were born.
First lets look at the term 'the sons of God'.
This refers to beings who exist by the direct creation of God. The book of Job also confirms this.
So who were the 'sons of God' mentioned above? It was not mankind as when men reproduce they have human babies not Nephilim or Giants. To get the answer, the original Hebrew word must be looked at. The word for 'sons of God' is Bene Ha'elohim. This word is used in other places in the Old Testament. Here are examples of the 'sons of God' in the Old Testament.
Job 1
6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.
7 And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
Job 2
1 Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD.
2 And the LORD said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
Job 38
7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
As you can see the Bene Ha'elohim, sons of God, are God's created angels. There is no difference made between good or evil angels in the word Bene Ha'elohim. By the context of Genesis 6, we can easily see it was the fallen angels who married the daughters of men and giants or Nephilim were born unto them. We are told that somehow they left their habitation and were able to have sex with woman and the Nephilim giants were born from them.
Adam and Eve were directly created by God. Who else did God directly create? Along with Adam and Eve, all the angels are direct creations of God. Therefore, the terms 'sons of God' refers to angels and Genesis 6 refers to those fallen angels that fell with Satan. In Job 1:6 above we see that the angels presented themselves before God and Satan was among them as well. The 'sons of God' are angels according to the word: Bene Ha'elohim. Remember we covered that the New Testament mentions a great sin committed by the angels in the days of Noah. Well that sin is right in front of us in Genesis chapter 6.
Today, are humans also direct creations of God? The answer is no. We are a product of the reproduction process setup by God inside of Adam and Eve. Once saved however, we are new creatures in Christ who are adopted into the family of God.
Rom 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
Eph 1:5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
Men and women today are not direct creations of God. We are a product of the reproductive process God setup in Adam and Eve. Once a person repents of their sin and accepts the Lord Jesus, he becomes a new creation in Christ. We are adopted into the family of God. This is very different from the angels who are direct creations of God, the Bene Ha'elohim. Also, today there are the children of God and the children of disobedience or of Satan. Children of Satan can be seen in the world today promoting evil, the occult, and the new world order in which Satan will rule the world for a short time. Here is what will happen to Satan's children, the children of disobedience:
Ephesians 2
2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
Ephesians 5
6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.
The wrath of God and judgment is coming upon the children of disobedience. This is a very different future for the adopted children of God who have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ.
The final thing I want to look at is Genesis 6:4 where it says: 'There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that,' This means there were giants/Nephilim in the days of Noah and also afterward. Somehow these Nephilim came back. Before the Lord Jesus returns they will have returned in large numbers like in the days of Noah. Even in the Old Testament they were present. Israel was commanded to kill and completely destroy the demonic Nephilim. Their skeletons have been found everywhere on earth. They came back and God judged and destroyed them so they could not do what they did in the days of Noah.
The verses in Genesis 6 say that when men multiplied upon the earth that daughters were born to them and they were pretty. At this point the 'sons of God' (fallen angels) saw them and took them to be their wives and children were born of them. The supposed big issue is who were the 'sons of God'. This is something brought over from the Catholic church years ago but not rejected. To review, it was the false doctrine of the Sethites that blinds many to the fact of the Nephilim. This teaches that the sons of Seth failed to separate with the daughters of Cain. This failure to separate brought on the flood of Noah's day. There are many problem that prove this false theory wrong. Here are just a few:
- the command to separate was not given until Genesis chapter 11. There was no command to be separate in the days of Noah in Genesis chapter 6.
- when humans reproduce they produce humans. It does not matter if they are wicked or righteous. Humans reproduce other humans. They do not reproduce another creature called a Nephilim or giant.
- to assume all the sons of Seth are good and the sons of Cain are evil is a major fallacy. If that were true then why did God send a flood to kill everyone except Noah and his family. Were all the Sethites evil? Were the animals evil too?
- Plus there is evidence that Cain repented and some of his children were righteous. So the claim that all the children of Cain were evil is not true.
In light of the Sethite theory being false teaching, a good question can be asked. What is a Nephilim? The answer is, it is the offspring of a human and other DNA. It is a hybrid creature made from corrupted human DNA. These creatures were larger than humans. Their size was anywhere from 8 feet to 36 feet. Their skulls were not a normal human skulls. A human skull is made up with 4 plates. The Nephilim had a skull with only 3 plates. The skull was also much larger at the back of the head. It extended way further back than a human skull. They had 6 fingers and toes. Some of them had 2 sets of teeth in their mouth. Why do I know this? Because their skeletons have be found by those who do research on the Nephilim. L.A.Marzulli and Tom Horn come to mind. Look for their books and videos on Utube.
Remember, we have been told that the days before the return of the Lord Jesus would again be like the days of Noah. This means the Nephilim will be back in great numbers in the days ahead. Thankfully, Satan is hindered by the Holy Spirit who is currently restraining evil and the devil's antichrist. However, after the pre-tribulation rapture the restraint will be removed. Currently scients are breeding various Nephilim creatures in secret. They are actually bragging that through mixed DNA another more superior being can be created. Right now much is kept secret. But after the rapture, everything will come out in the open.
Deuteronomy 3
3 So the LORD our God delivered into our hands Og also, the king of Bashan, and all his people: and we smote him until none was left to him remaining.
4 And we took all his cities at that time, there was not a city which we took not from them, threescore cities, all the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan.
5 All these cities were fenced with high walls, gates, and bars; beside unwalled towns a great many.
6 And we utterly destroyed them, as we did unto Sihon king of Heshbon, utterly destroying the men, women, and children, of every city.
Judges 21 10 And the congregation sent thither twelve thousand men of the valiantest, and commanded them, saying, Go and smite the inhabitants of Jabeshgilead with the edge of the sword, with the women and the children.
1 Samuel 22 19 And Nob, the city of the priests, smote he with the edge of the sword, both men and women, children and sucklings, and oxen, and asses, and sheep, with the edge of the sword.
Jeremiah 41 16 Then took Johanan the son of Kareah, and all the captains of the forces that were with him, all the remnant of the people whom he had recovered from Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, from Mizpah, after that he had slain Gedaliah the son of Ahikam, even mighty men of war, and the women, and the children, and the eunuchs, whom he had brought again from Gibeon:
As you can see God had to destroy the Nephilim where they were found. How did the Nephilim react? The Nephilim saw their cities being destroyed and the inhabitants killed off. They knew that the Lord was with Israel and that they had no chance of winning. So what did they do? They scattered to the four corners of the earth. Some built boats and landed in South America and North America. There were major Nephilim civilization in Peru and in the Ohio valley. However, their skeletons have been found everywhere in the world. But the cities and groups of the Nephilim are no longer found in Peru or the Ohio valley today. They cannot be found living anywhere today. God sent judgment upon them and again destroyed them and wiped them out wherever they rose up. There is no race of giant Nephilim living somewhere in the world today. There are however, many skeletons of the Nephilim that have been uncovered. There is a possibility that there are hidden cities of them underground. We just do not know. We do know they will return before the coming of the Lord Jesus in large numbers. After the rapture, they will be free to come into the world and they will greatly expand on earth like in the days of Noah. These hybrid creatures have been breeded since the days of Hitler. One day, after the rapture, they will come forth and be revealed to the world. The Nephilim will come back somehow. We know scientists can breed creatures by mixing the genes and DNA with other creatures. The Nephilim can be easily bread now. Science has had the ability to breed these things for many years. One day after the rapture, these facts will come out to the general public.
We are told that the coming mark of the beast will be some kind of chip implanted in to the hand or forehead that will allow people to do economic transactions. This technology will do much more than allow economic transactions. This chip could also change human DNA so the person with the mark of the beast will be turned into a Nephilim by corrupting their human DNA. But remember in order to accept the mark certain things must first happen. There will be an angel flying in the sky and everyone will be warned not to take the mark of the beast. The mark of the beast will be given in the middle of the 7 year tribulation when the antichrist claims to be God in the rebuilt temple in Jerusalem. This is the abomination of desolation. In order to receive this mark of the beast a person must be willing to worship Satan and reject God. At that point there is no salvation possible. People with the mark of the beast are forever lost and will spend their eternity in the lake of fire. From the time they receive the mark of the beast, they can not be saved. At that point, the mark of the beast could change their human DNA. People will be told that the mark of the beast will allow them to live to over 500 years. They will be immune to many diseases of today. All they have to do is to reject God and worship Satan to get the mark. Many will line up to get this mark of the beast. Here are some verses that describe the coming mark of the beast and what happens to those who bow the knee to Satan and receive this mark.
Revelation 14
9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
Another issue is the existence of the Nephilim is greatly hidden by the Darwinists. Why do people not know about the finds of Nephilim skeletons and evidence? The reason is the Darwinists have actively suppressed information about the Nephilim. You see the existence of the Nephilim destroys their theory of evolution. They have a chart where a monkey walks and it gets bigger and walks more uprightly until the human of today. This chart is found everywhere, in schools, museums etc. A 36 foot giant Nephilim just does not fit into their chart. You see the devil plans to use the deception of evolution in a mighty way in the coming days. After the rapture of the church, God will send a big lie into the world. Demons will be openly seen amongst men. They will claim to be space aliens who are here to help mankind "evolve" to the next level of existence. It is nothing more than the 'ye shall be as gods' deception spoken by the devil in the garden of Eden (Genesis chapter 3).
Things do not stop with changing the DNA of humans. DNA from different animals are being mixed together and another thing is born. Evil people are also changing the DNA in plants which are a food source. We now have genetically modified foods which are not good for the body. Over time these genetically modified foods will bring sickness and death to the body. Animals are being genetically modified as well. Not long ago there was an article how 1 million genetically modified mosquitoes were to be released in south Florida. Do not be tricked. Science today can easily change the DNA of humans, animals, and plants. But do not be fearful or worried with all this evil going on. All these things point to the very soon coming of the Lord Jesus to rapture home his Church. It also points to the very soon judgment of God upon the wicked. Just like in the days of Noah were, the exact conditions in the world are being setup today.
Numbers 13
27 And they told him, and said, We came unto the land whither thou sentest us, and surely it floweth with milk and honey; and this is the fruit of it.
28 Nevertheless the people be strong that dwell in the land, and the cities are walled, and very great: and moreover we saw the children of Anak there.
29 The Amalekites dwell in the land of the south: and the Hittites, and the Jebusites, and the Amorites, dwell in the mountains: and the Canaanites dwell by the sea, and by the coast of Jordan.
The ten spies were afraid. However, two of them were ready to go in and conquer the land of these strong giants. Here is what Caleb said:
Numbers 13
30 And Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.
However, the ten cowardly spies replied again to describe more fully these huge and strong giants in the land.
Numbers 13
31 But the men that went up with him said, We be not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we.
32 And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature.
33 And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.
The ten spies cowardly reported that there were very strong giants (Nephilim) in the land. They said that Israel was no match against them. These giants were huge and they looked like grasshoppers in their sight. Israel was punished for believing this evil report and had to stay in the desert for an additional 40 years.
Here is example of some of the Nephilim hybrid giants in the Old Testament:
1 Chronicles 20
4 And it came to pass after this, that there arose war at Gezer with the Philistines; at which time Sibbechai the Hushathite slew Sippai, that was of the children of the giant: and they were subdued.
5 And there was war again with the Philistines; and Elhanan the son of Jair slew Lahmi the brother of Goliath the Gittite, whose spear staff was like a weaver's beam.
6 And yet again there was war at Gath, where was a man of great stature, whose fingers and toes were four and twenty, six on each hand, and six on each foot: and he also was the son of the giant.
7 But when he defied Israel, Jonathan the son of Shimea David's brother slew him.
8 These were born unto the giant in Gath; and they fell by the hand of David, and by the hand of his servants.
Verse 4 mentions the giants
Verse 5 mentions Goliath's brother who was also a Nephilim giant like Goliath
Verse 6 describes a giant with 6 fingers and toes (total of 24).
Verse 8 shows these giants was no match for Israel as God destroyed them through Israel.
There were giants in the Bible and God saw to it that they were destroyed whenever they rose up. The days on Noah would not be repeated again until the days before the return of the Lord Jesus. We are in those days right now. Scientists know how to breed hybrids today. This is a major sign of the return of the Lord Jesus and judgment on the wicked. The Nephilim will return in large numbers before the second coming of the Lord Jesus.
Just as in the days of Noah, all this points to the very soon judgment of the world upon the wicked. We can see lost people who have chosen Satan and rejected God. We live in the days where these evil, lost people can be easily seen. They have been performing occultic Satanic rituals at the Superbowl half time show and at the Grammys. Rock and roll stars routinely sing and glorify Satan and his number, 666. The occult is now out in the open and Satan's servants can be easily seen. For the saved Christian, this means our time is now very short. Soon the pre-tribulation rapture will occor. After that, the antichrist will rise to power and sign a 7 year peace deal with Israel. Then the 7 year tribulation begins. During that time the judgments of God in the book of Revelation will be poured out upon the wicked. There are 7 seal judgments, 7 trumpet judgments, and 7 bowl judgments. By the time those judgments have been completed, the population of the world will be greatly reduced. We currently have over 7 billion people on earth. After the judgments in the book of Revelation, I would expect the population to be just a few million. Very bad days are coming. Things are not getting better. But for the saved Christian there is our blessed hope, the return of the Lord Jesus to rapture us home. The rapture could happen any day.
