Canada is a secular and a godless nation that has no fear of God whatsoever. Canadians are by nature a friendly people and a tolerant people. They tolerate all forms of evil regardless of what the Bible says. For a country constitution, Canada has a Charter of rights. Within this charter of rights, the right to be a godless pervert is upheld.
Of course the standard pattern of the tolerant is followed in Canada. This means those who are very tolerant of sin and evil are not tolerant at all with those who hold to Biblical absolutes. To combat God's Biblical absolutes, Canada has passed hate laws. Under these hate laws a pastor was charged and fined for taking out a newspaper ad against the sin of sodomy. Doing such a thing is considered 'hate' and is a criminal offense in Canada.
With that introduction it can be seen that Canada is racing headlong into judgment with the God of the Bible. For many years God has been silent to the point that many people do not think He exists. However, in these last days before the return of the Lord Jesus, those times of silence will be ending.
Canada has been a blessed nation. Over the years they have had few natural disasters and have prospered. However, look at the news over the last few years. There have been an increasing number of weather related disasters hitting Canada. Because Canada has forsaken the God of the Bible, the nation of Canada is going headlong into judgment. All the increase in disasters can be viewed as warnings from God above. It is like God is saying: Wake up! Judgment is coming! Change your course, judgment is coming!
Yet Canadians are a deaf, proud, and a stubborn people when it comes to the things of God. They are too proud to repent and turn away from evil and to the Lord Jesus. As a result, just watch the news. Watch as disaster after disaster hits Canada with increasing intensity and frequency. All this will increase the more the leaders of Canada rejects and mocks the God of the Bible.
Here is a verse that perfectly describes the nation of Canada:
Prov 14
34 Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin [is] a reproach to
any people.
Canada seeks to reject the morals of God and accept all forms of sin and evil under the banner of "Charter of rights", diversity, and tolerance.
Remember the warning: God has been silent but that silence will not last forever! Judgment will come and the sin of sodomy is the catalyst that will actually increase the time of judgment to any nation! God destroyed the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah for their sin of sodomy. He did that as an example to all those in the future who will embrace the same sins that destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. Here is the warning from the Bible:
2 Pet 2
6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes
condemned [them] with an overthrow, making [them] an ensample
unto those that after should live ungodly;
Can Canada embrace sodomy and all forms of evil under their charter of rights and be exempt from the above judgment? The answer is no! Judgment is coming to Canada and it has already started. Just keep an eye on the news to see all the disasters that will hit Canada in the coming days. Only by repentance and a turning away from sin and perversion will that judgment be stayed. But a proud and haughty people will never repent. Therefore judgment is coming!

OTTAWA (CP) - The minority Liberal government has served notice it will ask MPs to extend Parliament's sitting indefinitely, which could bring same-sex marriage legislation to a vote.
In what amounts to a game of summer-vacation chicken, Liberal House leader Tony Valeri gave notice Monday of a votable motion to extend the Commons sitting beyond the scheduled June 23 recess.
Bill C-38, which would change the legal definition of marriage in Canada, is supported by a clear majority of MPs in the Commons.
But procedural wrangling has left the bill stalled in a legislative eddy.
The Conservatives, backed by the NDP, say the Liberals are simply afraid to use all the powers at their disposal to force the same-sex legislation through, fearing both the poor optics of foreclosing debate and anger from some Liberals opposed to the law.
The Liberal rejoinder is that the Conservatives are being obstructionist, to which the Tories freely agree.
Prime Minister Paul Martin and Valeri have both shied away from making passage of the bill an unequivocal bottom line before the House rises for the summer break.
"I can't guarantee that C-38 would come to a vote in a minority Parliament," Valeri said following question period Monday.
"The other opposition parties would have to agree . . . . With the extension of the sitting, that is a possibility."
Valeri was clear that the extension's first priority, however, is to get a $4.6 billion budget addendum passed.
He cut short a scrum with reporters when asked if Parliament would continue sitting should the budget bill get passed this week.
"We believe it's time for Mr. Martin to take some leadership," said NDP Leader Jack Layton.
"I mean, he was dithering before. It's as though he's re-dithering now."
Valeri noted that if the House does sit into July, the time would be
deducted from the fall sitting.
