DANGEROUS TRENDS

I've seen things lately that I find are quite alarming. First
I'll make a couple of points:
- We are living in days of growing apostasy. Many who profess
to be Christians are actually rejecting Christianity and the
Word of God. Apathy is at an all time high as many just do
not care.
- Many churches are falling away. They are led by pastors who
just don't care. These pastors do not love God and are not
committed to sound doctrine and to building up and edifying
God's blood bought people.
In light of this I've noticed a dangerous trend. I personally have been speaking against Satan's rock and roll coming into the church for years now. Many have sounded the warning back in the 1980's when the trend for 'religious' rock began. The warnings were mostly ignored and today rock and roll is the norm in the majority of churches. There are still a few churches that have held fast to sound doctrine and the Word of God. But the majority have given themselves over to rock and roll. However, today the fruits of such demonic compromise can be seen. Now the issue is no longer religious rock and roll. Instead the kids have gone back to secular rock and roll. I know of two children age 7 and 8 from different families who go to different churches. Both are into secular rock in roll (Brittney Spears, Backstreet boys, and previously the Spice Girls!). Their 'Christian' parents have no problem with this and even buy their children secular rock music. This is a tragedy.
Again here is my point. Religious rock has always been a bridge back to backslidding, worldliness, carnality, and ultimately secular rock and roll. The fruits are very apparent. Today the 'Christian' youth have no problems with secular rock and roll. Religious or secular rock and roll is all the same to them. The only difference is that in religious rock the name 'God' or 'Jesus' is used once and awhile amongst the bland and shallow lyrics. This is very sad and it shows the lateness of the day!
Why would a pastor bring demonic religious rock and roll filth into his church to demonize the young people under his ministry? The answer is that he no longer loves God or his Word. This pastor does not believe the Word of God is sufficient for growth and maturity. Instead he hopes rock and roll will fill the pews with young people eager to learn about God. What the pastor has done is to reject the spiritual ministry and instead rely on carnal and worldly methods to fill his pews. An interesting point is that the carnal method using religious rock does not work. Youth are not flooding the churches after being saved at a rock and roll concert. It is just not happening now and it never did in the past!
My advise is to get out of such a church. That type of pastor is serving himself and not God. Along with the rock and roll you will also see many other forms of liberalism in such a church. You can bet they are ecumenical in nature. I'm sure they are involved in Promise Keepers and have high respect for the false religion of Roman Catholicism.
The hour is late and the rapture is coming soon. Try to find a good Church where the pastor and congregation still love God and wish to grow in His Word. Hopefully very soon the Lord Jesus will return to earth. There are signs of the impending return of the Lord everywhere! Soon He will return to rapture His blood bought Church back to heaven just before the antichrist comes to power. Today we can see all the setups in preparation for the rise of the antichrist and his Satanic kingdom. How soon the rapture must be!
To the rock and rollers and those 'pastors' who push this trash, all I can say is they are wolves. With many words these people profess to be Christian. However, by their action and deeds they deny the Christian faith and they reject sound Biblical doctrine....and furthermore... they don't care!
