One of the marks of the antichrist system is blasphemy! In the days ahead the antichrist will be allowed to rise to power. The devil and all his followers will hate and despise all the followers of the Lord Jesus. In fact today the attitude of the devil's people can be openly seen in the world. After the rapture the antichrist will rise to power. He will speak out great and evil words against the Lord. In the days of the antichrist, Christians will be hated, despised, and killed.
Daniel 7
25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and
shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to
change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand
until a time and times and the dividing of time.
Below is an account of an evil blasphemous play against the Lord Jesus. Satan hates the Lord and his servants do all they can to mock, reject, and put down the Lord Jesus.
Yet, judgment is coming. These wicked people will only reject and thumb their noses against the Lord for so long. Soon their feet will slip and they will die and forever perish in their sins. These lost people will burn in torment forever in the lake of fire with no hope of rescue. It is not a light thing to mock and blaspheme the God of heaven and earth. Lost men who do such a thing should be giving thanks for every breath they take. Each breath is a gift from God! But their day of doom is coming. Soon their heart will beat its last and these people will be cast into the lake of fire!
Rev 14
10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is
poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and
he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of
the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever:
and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and
his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
Here is a portion of the article describing the evil play:
Protesters livid over play depicting Jesus as gay
Dec. 10, 2004
A group of Christian protesters in Scotland has called on police to prosecute a
theater company for blasphemy because it is putting on a play about a gay
Jesus. "If there is a blasphemy like this, Christians have to stand up," said
Stephen Green of Christian Voice who protested outside a theatre showing
Terence McNally's controversial play "Corpus Christi" at St Andrews University.
"Jesus Christ is being portrayed here as a foul-mouthed, drunken, promiscuous
homosexual and that is an insult to my faith," Green told BBC Radio. But the
play's director, Zsuzsi Lyndsay, defended the production: "He is not portrayed
as a drunken foulmouth. He doesn't say one bad word throughout the play."
Christian Voice was not placated. It has formally lodged a complaint with
police, arguing that the American playwright's work was blasphemous. No
decision has been taken yet.
