Recently the USA announced the creation of a new security system where personal information will be collected and stored about all Americans.
How does this technology work? In order to do such a thing the power of mainframe computers need to be used. Setting up a database across PC's just do not have the power or speed to do such a thing. However mainframe computers can easily do such a thing. There is one problem, such a project does not just happen overnight.
There is no way that today we have no database and tomorrow the President announces the new security system and "presto" we now have a huge database. Instead this project would have had to be in the works for a long time before the announcement from the President. First, such a project would require all kinds of analysts and systems people to properly design a huge database in order to hold data on 300 plus million Americans. After a proper design phase the structure of the database would have to be setup and the programmers would then write all the programs. Through the whole project there would be all kinds of testing to make sure the system is working. At the end of this massive project the President could then announce the new security system.
How does this new security system and database fit into Bible prophecy? Well, it relates directly to the kingdom of the antichrist and the coming mark of the beast. Here is what the Bible says:
Rev 13
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor,
free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or
in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the
mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the
number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his
number is Six hundred threescore and six.
There is coming a day after the rapture and after the rise of the antichrist to power where the mark of the beast system will be implemented. This system will track all people in the kingdom of the antichrist. This system will be implemented worldwide. Information about all people will be stored in this system and only those who receive the mark of the beast will receive security clearance to do economic transactions. This means that the day will come during the kingdom of the antichrist where only approved citizens will be able to work, do banking, or buy items from stores. Once a citizen takes the mark of the beast he will receive a mark on his forearm or his forehead. There will also be updates made to this computer database which identifies the "marked" person as a valid citizen of the antichrist's kingdom. The person will then be free to buy, sell, work all with the blessings of the antichrist.
All those who refuse the mark of the beast will be cut out of the system completely. At this point in time only those who accept the Lord Jesus will refuse the mark of the beast. All those in rejection of the Lord Jesus will gladly receive Satan's mark of the beast. I would like to also add that no one will be forced to receive the mark of the beast. Receiving the mark of the beast will also involve bowing the knee and worshipping the beast and the devil. No one will be tricked into accepting the mark of the beast. It will be a personal decision to reject God and to accept all that Satan has to offer.
Once a person willingly receives the mark of the beast they are condemned and damned to hell, the lake of fire, forever. There is no more opportunity for such a person to be saved after that person receives the mark of the beast. These people have chosen to worship the Satanic antichrist beast and they will pay for their decision with an eternity forever separated from God burning in the lake of fire. Here is what the Bible says:
Rev 14
9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If
any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in
his forehead, or in his hand,
10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is
poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he
shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the
holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever:
and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his
image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
Eternal torment is the just judgment for all the followers of the beast and rejectors of the Lord Jesus. These people totally rejected God and His love gift of salvation. Instead they chose all Satan had to offer and enjoyed it for a short season. But the end of this life comes quickly and then such a person is faced with an eternity of torment burning in the lake of fire.
CONCLUSION
Right now the USA has homeland security with the power of computers driving it. However, in the future it will be a very simple matter for the antichrist to expand the system. Mainframe computers can be setup to "talk" to one another. The antichrist could easily setup the same system in Europe and build data on all the millions of people living there. This could be done for other countries and regions of the earth as well. All the computers could be linked together so a query could be made and data retrieved about anyone on planet earth.
As it can be seen, the mark of the beast technology is available today. The mark of the beast will not be implemented until approximately 3 1/2 years into the reign of the antichrist. First the antichrist goes into the rebuilt temple in Jerusalem and there proclaims himself as God. He then demands worship from all on planet earth. To those who bow the knee and worships, he gives them the mark of the beast. To those who refuse to bow the knee and worship, he seeks to kill. In those days it will be a capital offense to refuse the mark of the beast. Like was previously mentioned, all people who reject the Lord Jesus will receive the antichrist and the mark of the beast. Before this happens the Lord Jesus will return to rapture home His blood bought people to heaven. The rapture will remove the restraint which is currently holding back the antichrist from rising to power. When will the rapture happen? We cannot know the exact time. Christians are to live in eager expectation of the soon return of the Lord Jesus to rapture us home. This is a blessed hope and a purifying hope. Christians can look at all the troubles and all the setups being done for the kingdom of the antichrist with a different perspective. To us it is not all gloom and doom. Instead it is signs of the soon and impending rapture!
Through it all, the wicked will not understand these things. They are totally blinded by the devil. Right now they mock and laugh at the things of God and the Word of God. Even when they take the mark of the beast, the wicked will mock and laugh. They just do not understand and they cannot understand. By rejecting the Lord Jesus the devil has so blinded and deceived these people that they are totally convinced in what they do. The Bible says that the saved can understand but not the lost, wicked, hellbound sinner. Here is what the Bible says:
Daniel 12
10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the
wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand;
but the wise shall understand.
Which side are you on reader? Have you repented of your sins and accepted the Lord Jesus as your Saviour? If not, you are part of the wicked and are deceived, lost, and headed for hell. The antichrist will easily deceive all lost people. Are you such a person?
You better wake up and receive the Lord Jesus! Time is quickly running out and your call to salvation could end at any time. Life is uncertain and death can come quickly.
Accept the Lord Jesus as your Lord and Saviour today and do not wait one moment longer!
