The war in Iraq is giving the USA a unique opportunity to test out the coming police state and the mark of the beast system. After destroying the city of Fallujah, the USA plans to use biomentric ID on all returning civilians. They will be setup in computer databases, tagged, and monitored. If a person goes out of their "allowed zone" they can be shot dead.

14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those
miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying
to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to
the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that
the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as
would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and
bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or
the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number
of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six
hundred threescore and six.
Technology used this way would make Hitler drool as the power to oppress citizens will be very great. This is a foretaste of what it will be like in the kingdom of the antichrist. The devil and his crowd will setup a world-wide electronic system. A mark will be issued and without that mark a person will be unable to do any economic transactions. People who do not have the mark will be hunted down and killed in those days. Getting the mark will be very unique. A person will have to bow his knee and worship Satan and his antichrist before receiving this mark. This is why the coming mark is called the mark of the beast.
Today salvation is easy. Just realize you are a sinner before and against God and therefore you deserve hell and death. An eternity in hell is the penalty for sin. Since we are all sinners, we are all under the death penalty for sin.
Romans 6
23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
As you can see in the above verse, sin pays a wage and that wage is death! Since God is a Holy God who must punish sin, we are all under the death penalty for our sins. However, the good news is in the last part of the above verse. God became a man and paid for our sins on the cross so we would not have to. The Lord Jesus became our substitute, paying the penalty of hell for us. However, this gift of salvation and eternal life must be received and the only way to be saved is through the Lord Jesus!
Today we live in days where many reject the Lord Jesus. They do not want anything to do with Him! As a result they are telling God that they reject salvation and forgiveness of sins. Instead of accepting the Lord Jesus as one who paid for sins, a Christ rejecting person is choosing to pay for his sins himself. God does not want this to happen but He will honor such a foolish decision. Those sins must be paid for! Either the Lord Jesus is YOUR Saviour or you pay for your sins yourself in an eternity in hell, the lake of fire.
Since the lost people of this world are already doing dry-runs of the coming mark of the beast antichrist system, we can be assured that time is quickly running out. The Lord Jesus is coming back very soon! Are you ready? Is the Lord Jesus your Saviour or have you rejected Him?

US forces in Iraq are attempting to tame Fallujah with biometric ID, according to an NBC news report broadcast last week. The returning population of up to 250,000, reporter Richard Engel said on Tom Brokaw's last Nightly News, is to be allowed back in gradually, a few thousand at a time. "They'll be finger printed, given a retina scan and then an ID card, which will only allow them to travel around their homes or to nearby aid centers, which are now being built. The Marines will be authorized to use deadly force against those breaking the rules."

Fallujah effort is particularly interesting as an apparent attempt to use ID to
control a large population which is at least uncooperative, possibly hostile,
