First, remember what the Bible says about the occult:
Deut 18
10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his
son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth
divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,
11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a
wizard, or a necromancer.
12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the
LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth
drive them out from before thee.
The above verse condemns everything Harry Potter is and does! Yet, in these last days lost people and false Christian tares are flocking to read Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings books and view the movies. I assure you, Satan is very pleased that people are accepting his occultism.
Another massive exposure of witchcraft and Satanism was released in June 21, 2003 (Satanic high holy day) with the latest Potter book. The occult in the book is not make-believe. The author used real witchcraft and Satanism in her books. The books are literally witchcraft training manuals. People who read and enjoy them are receiving indoctrination into the concepts of the real world of the occult and Satanism. Call it a introduction to witchcraft and Satanism course, if you will. After reading these evil stories many will wish to explore deeper into the dark ways of Satan. The end result of occult entertainment is to turn people's hearts away from God and toward the devil. To this end the devil is very pleased at the acceptance of his occultism. Another result of occult involvement is demon possession or demon oppression. This is a very serious matter!
Everyone who embraces and enjoys the evil occultic books of Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings are inviting demons into their lives. By enjoying the Satan's occultism, a person is literally giving permission for demons to come into ones life and family. The abomination of the occult is a very serious sin and it is not without consequences! Everyone involved in the occult will either become oppressed or possessed by demons. Do not think you can enjoy the things of the devil and come away unharmed! This is an important warning that needs to be heeded. Occult entertainment like Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings are literally opening up the door inviting demons in to peoples lives.
The world of the lost and perishing have embraced the occult and have fallen in love with the evil world of Potter. After reading the books people do not want to remain in their boring 'normal' existence. Instead there is a craving for more excitement and power. Satan and his occult are presented to fill the gap as people are drawn into the evil world of the occult. Children are very vulnerable to this type of deception. They will act out occultic fantasies as they imitate their occultic and Satanic superstars. Sadly, many will choose Harry Potter as their "role model".
One major result of the lost enjoying the occult is a hardening of the heart to the Gospel and to the Lord Jesus. As people get closer to Satan and his occult world they get colder and more distant from the Lord Jesus and salvation. I've noticed that people who do not wish to get close to the Lord just love getting close to the devil!
Even professing "Christians" have embraced the world of the occult via Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings. It is very hard to believe that we have reached the point in time of such great apostasy that some would attempt to justify their enjoyment of witchcraft and the occult while calling themselves "Christian". Let me state this very clearly. People who profess to be Christian yet have embraced and enjoy the occult are not Christians. They are false Christian tares and their love of the occult shows the evil fruit of their hellbound hearts. These people are filled with sin loving hearts and think nothing of committing an abomination to the Lord while professing to be a "Christian". The truth is that these people are not really saved Christians as their actions and their defense of the occult exposes their lying tongues. These false Christian tares speak glowingly of the benefits of Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings while they seek to justify their love of evil. Don't be fooled by them. They are heading toward the lake of fire where they will perish forever in their hypocrisy!
Here is a verse that perfectly describes one who loves and defends the occult (Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings etc...) while daring to call themselves "Christian":
Titus 1
16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being
abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.
Look closely at the above verses. The false Christian tare professes that they know God. However their actions do not match their words. By their actions they actually deny the Lord. One of the actions mentioned is being abominable. Since the occult is an abomination to God, being abominable includes one who loves the occult. False Christian tares enjoy the abomination of the occult therefore they are abominable before the Lord. They are also disobedient as they react in anger and rejection to any warnings about the occult given by God's people. As a result these occult loving professing Christians are nothing but a reprobate. They are not a Christian and they do not love the Lord. Instead they are abominable, disobedient, and reprobate.
These people who accept and defend the occult are cursed of God. Here is what the Bible says:
Lev 20
6 And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and
after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face
against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.
Let me say a quick word to all the men and women who are involved in spreading Satan's occultism in book for movie form to families and children. You people are cursed of God because you are actively leading children away from God and into the arms of the devil. The Word of God says WOE to you! Read the following:
Matt 18
5 And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name
receiveth me.
6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe
in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about
his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
7 Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be
that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!
Such offenses like Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings will come. But, woe to all the people involved in spreading this perversion and leading children astray! Woe to the authors of occult entertainment, woe to the publishers, woe to the movie producers and actors, woe to the distributors of occult filth, and woe to all those who defend and encourage occult entertainment! Be warned that you can rejoice and laugh now, but your day of judgment is coming. God has that time marked on His calendar and it is quickly coming!
For those who have a heart that love the Lord, don't be deceived and do not invite demons into your life and the life of your family by partaking of Satan's occultism! If you have been deceived by the occult then repent and reject it immediately. Destroy all these works of Satan and turn your heart toward the Lord Jesus! Make your choices today!
