Life in the sea has been dying mysteriously. Of course this a shadow of future judgments from the Lord. The day is coming when God judges the entire earth. In those days all the life in the sea will die. This will occur in two stages. Stage one will be at the second trumpet judgment when 1/3 of all the creatures in the seas will die. Here is a description:
Rev 8
8 And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain
burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of
the sea became blood;
9 And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and
had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.
Later there will be 7 vial judgments poured out on planet earth. At that time all remaining life in the sea will die. See below;

3 And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and
it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul
died in the sea.

Gulf of Mexico mystery Wednesday, August 10, 2005
About 20 dead sea turtles have washed ashore in Pinellas County in the past three days, an extremely high number that has doctors and scientists puzzled.
One of the two survivors that's being kept at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium is a large, loggerhead turtle named Siratti Sam.
"I still don't know if he'll make it," said Dr. Janine Cianciolo. "It's little movements. Yesterday, he wasn't moving at all. [He's] still not in water because he's not keeping his head above water for long enough periods of time."
It's not clear why the various kinds of sea turtles are washing ashore.
"It may or may not be associated with red tide," said Cianciolo. "They tend to show symptoms of what's called a red tide intoxication, but you have to take a lot of samples and they must go through testing to actually determine that."
Dive instructor Michael Miller took underwater video to try to figure out the mystery.
"Right now, anywhere we go from shore to 20 miles offshore, from Sarasota to Tarpon Springs, we can't find a single creature alive on the bottom right now," said Miller.
Miller says he's never seen such death and devastation under water in his 20 years of diving.
"All the coral, all the sponges, all the crabs, not a single living thing, all
the star fish, the brittle stars, everything's dead," said Miller.

Is this just one freak year? Or is this global warming?
Few scientists are willing to blame global warming, the theory that carbon dioxide and other artificially produced emissions are trapping heat in the Earth's atmosphere and causing a worldwide rise in temperatures. Yet few are willing to rule it out.
"There are strange things happening, but we don't really understand how all the pieces fit together," said Jane Lubchenco, a zoologist and climate change expert at Oregon State University. "It's hard to say whether any single event is just an anomaly or a real indication of something serious happening."
This much is known: From California to British Columbia, unusual weather
patterns have disrupted the marine ecosystem.

As you can see there are strange happenings in the oceans! There are all kinds of weather disasters, volcanoes coming to life, and earthquakes. We are living in days when things are going to get worse. God in His mercy is warning lost men of impending judgment.
Acts 17
30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth
all men every where to repent:
31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the
world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof
he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him
from the dead.
Judgment is coming as the signs are all around if one has eyes to see! It is time to make a choice! Either choose to accept or to reject the Lord Jesus. This is an eternal choice and you better do it today as time is quickly running out!
