Here are some reasons:
Mel is a Catholic who believes no one can be saved outside the roman cult. That should immediately raise alarm bells about his movie. The pope also likes the movie which should raise more alarm bells.
Next, Catholics believe that Mary is co-redemptress because of the pain she suffered watching the Lord Jesus die. They think her suffering also made atonement for sin. This movie will bring this out.
But most Christians will ignore all these things and go arm and arm with Catholics to view the movie. Christians will focus more on the death of Christ. Catholics will pick up on the mary parts more than will the Christians.

She prays, she believes in God, she knows Jesus, she believes in that stuff. And it's just not fair if she doesn't make it, she's better than I am. But that is a pronouncement from the chair. I go with it."
Gibson also said in the interview that he was nearly suicidal before he made his controversial film. "I got to a very desperate place. Very desperate. Kind of jump-out-of-a-window kind of desperate," he said in the interview. "And I didn't want to hang around here, but I didn't want to check out. The other side was kind of scary. And I don't like heights, anyway. But when you get to that point where you don't want to live, and you don't want to die, it's a desperate, horrible place to be. And I just hit my knees. And I had to use 'The Passion of the Christ' to heal my wounds."

I think Satan will greatly use this passion movie. It is not just another movie
about Jesus. It was produced by a cultist for a cult. It would be the same
as a mormon or a JW doing a movie on the passion of the Lord Jesus.
The end result is a different Jesus that what is presented in the Bible. Of course Romanism believes in a different Jesus and a different gospel.... and so this movie will fit right in!
One point that made me think in the many of informational messages is this: These days there is more chance for a Catholic to get saved and delivered from his cult than for a professing "Christian" in a liberal Church (with rock music, occultism, ecumenicism (the passion) etc..). ready with action figures and replica "cross nails" for people to purchase.
Perhaps some will even think they will get good luck if they buy a replica
of one of the nails?
THE VIOLENCE OF THE MOVIE
So far we have given a high level overview of this catholic movie. It is time to get into some real dangers of this film.
One aspect of Mel's movie that is very apparent is that it is a violent R rated movie. The movie shows extreme torture and beatings on the Lord Jesus. Many have been shocked and moved to tears just watching the extremely violent scenes.
But does this line up with what the Bible says? Does the Bible go into the extreme pain suffered by the Lord Jesus as He died on the cross? No it does not! The Bible mentions that the Lord Jesus was beaten, mocked, scourged, and his flesh marred more than any man. But the details of the suffering of the Lord Jesus have been left out of the Bible. We really do not know all the suffering that the Lord Jesus endured for our salvation. The Bible believing Christian knows that after the His physical torment, the Lord Jesus endured the wrath of God as a substitute on the cross for us. The Lord Jesus literally suffered hell and the wrath of God so we would not have to. I would say the suffering the Lord Jesus endured before the wrath of the Lord was far worse than any physical suffering he endured by the hand of man. Yet, I repeat, the Bible does not go into extensive detail on how the Lord Jesus suffered. Instead we know the Lord Jesus suffered and paid the price for our sins and then He was raised from the dead. True Christians serve a living Saviour who will never die again like the constantly dying Jesus of the Catholic church.
This bring us to a major question about this movie. Why does Mel Gibson focus so much on the violent physical suffering of the Lord Jesus when the Bible does not do that?
Here are some reasons why:
1) This is a Catholic movie and it presents a Catholic Jesus who is not the Jesus of the Bible. Catholics focus on the death of Jesus. This is why they have a big dead Jesus hanging limply on their "cross" in their churches. Every mass is a re-sacrifice of the Lord Jesus in a bloodless manner for the sins of the people. As you can see Catholics are obsessed with the death of the Lord Jesus. This R rated movie shows with extreme graphics about two hours of the torture and death of the Lord Jesus.
Christians are quite different! The Bible states very clearly that with only one sacrifice, the Lord Jesus paid it all!

24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which
are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the
presence of God for us:
25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth
into the holy place every year with blood of others;

Saved Christians focus more on the fact that the Lord Jesus is alive! We serve a living and resurrected Saviour who died only once for our sins! In fact, the one sacrifice of the Lord Jesus was sufficient as payment for our sins forever!
Yet Mel Gibson and the Catholics are obsessed with the death of Jesus. This R rated Passion movie has many emotional and violent scenes of the physical death of the Lord Jesus. It is literally a Biblical snuff film.
2) I believe the violence is intended to break people down. This is a very violent and emotional movie. It is designed to cause the viewer to suffer emotionally. I believe the violence will break down barriers in a person as it presents a false non-Biblical Jesus. I believe this violent movie will literally damage the conscience of the viewers. The violent images of the suffering of this Catholic Jesus will be burned into people's conscience and mind. Only repentance and a touch by God's Holy Spirit will bring healing to a person's conscience damaged by this movie.
3) I believe the extreme violence of the movie is a way to show hatred to the real Lord Jesus. Satan, satanists and his followers hate the Lord Jesus of the Bible. They delight in a violent movie that shows extreme and prolonged violence against the Lord Jesus of the Bible. Even though the Jesus of Mel Gibson's movie is not the Jesus of the Bible, many will not know this fact. They will assume that they are seeing the real Jesus not knowing they are seeing a Satanic counterfeit. Satan loves the death and brutality of the death of the Lord Jesus. It is His resurrection from the dead that he fears.
4) This movie will not bring people closer to the Jesus of the Bible. Instead all the liberal churches and doctrine rejecting people who see this movie will be brought closer to Roman Catholicism. This movie will be a major uniting force between apostate Christianity and Romanism. Just watch and see! There will be major ecumenical moves after people's hearts have been made ready from this movie. There will be major moves toward a one world religion with Romanism at the head in the coming days!
5) Watch for liberal and false leaders to praise this movie and encourage people to God. Read this Scripture as it is very real in these last days:

Just watch all these false leaders praise this movie and say that it is good solid Bible doctrine. These servants of Satan have a part to play in the great last days deceptions. Remember, just watch for all the followers of Satan who disguise themselves as Christian leaders to encourage people to see this movie! It will be their time to use their influence to encourage people to go and see this violent and Catholic movie. From Billy Graham to James Dobson to Tim Lahaye, and many, many more! Just watch the false leaders who have been raised to positions of influence to encourage people to see this violent movie! Satan has placed his people in "popular" positions within the professing Christian church. They will all speak very positively about this Catholic snuff film as they encourage people to view it!
I believe this movie has a role in preparing the hearts of people to receive the coming antichrist. It is now time for Satan's false leaders to speak out their praises for this Satanic movie!
Don't misunderstand. I expect many sheep to be deceived by this movie and to sing praises to this evil movie. The deceivers I am referring to are the so-called leaders in the professing Christian church who "ought" to know better. When they claim that this movie is very Biblical and encourage people to go see it, they are liars. They are showing to all that they are servants of Satan.

SOME DOCTRINES IN THE MOVIE:
- Garden of Gethsemane: Jesus is tempted by a female devil that uses a male voice. This is heretical and totally outside the Scriptures. The Lord Jesus was only tempted by the devil in the desert after His baptism and 40 day fast. There is no record in the Bible of Jesus being tempted again by the devil. The devil in the Scriptures is male not female. Also the devil taunts Jesus trying to make Him doubt that he can bear the sins of the world. Again this is false teaching. If the devil knew what the Lord Jesus was doing, he (not she) would not have never had him killed. These errors are not minor! Why would so called professing Christians like this movie and call it a great outreach to people?
- Mary is psychically connected to Jesus in this movie. Remember Catholics believe that Mary suffered making her co-redeemer with the Lord Jesus. Throughout the movie Mary is aware of what is happening to the Lord Jesus and she feels his pain. Mary suffers through the beatings and when Jesus is dying on the cross. Many times the Lord Jesus is portrayed as very weak only to gain strength by a 'look' from Mary. This is pure soul damning heresy! According to the Bible Mary is a sinner who needs salvation just like everyone else. Yet this Catholic movie portrays her as co-redeemer who also bears the pain of the sins of the world. Again, why would so-called professing Christians like this movie?
- Mary becomes a nun and is Peter's first Confessor. Mary and the other 'holy' women are viewed to wear the cloths a nun would wear. Mary is referred to others by her Catholic name of "Mother". Remember when in the Bible where Peter denied the Lord Jesus three times and then the cock crowed? Well nothing crows in this demonic movie. Instead the eyes of Peter meet the Lord Jesus and he runs away weeping. He comes across Mary, Mary Magdalene, and John. Peter cry's out his sadness and failure (confesses his sin to Mary) and he is absolved. As you can see this is about as non-Biblical false teaching heresy as one can get! Yet many professing Christians who see this movie have no problems. Why is that so? Are they just as blind and deceived as the lost Catholics?
- The Catholic method is how the thief on the cross makes it to heaven. Since the false religion of Catholicism teaches purgatory for a person to finish paying for their own sins, they had a problem with the thief on the cross. To bypass purgatory they simply had the thief on the cross wear a scapular when he died. Romanism teaches that purgatory can be bypassed of a person is wearing a scapular upon death. In reality the poor Catholic does not find this out this is false teaching until after he dies in his sins and perishes for all eternity. When he realizes scapulars, teachings of Romanism are all false (after death), it is too late and he is eternally lost!
- The false teaching of transubstantiation is graphically portrayed in this movie. As the Lord Jesus is raised up on the cross a flashback in the movie occurs. The viewer is shown one of Jesus disciples carrying a basket of bread and the Lord Jesus saying... this is my body and it is broken for you... etc. More heresy that the bread in the communion of the Catholic cult is the actual body of the Lord Jesus. Why can't professing Christians see these dangers and be warned? Why must they flock to this evil, demonic, violent movie filled with Catholic false teaching as if it were a good thing? Also, as the blood of the Lord Jesus is shed on the cross another flashback occurs. Jesus is with his disciples and wine has just been poured into a chalice. He then says... this is my blood... Again the movie teaches the false doctrine of transubstantiation. This will be recognized by the Catholics but the professing Christians who see this movie and don't understand transubstantiation will be blinded to what is being portrayed.
What more can be said. This movie is not only painfully violent, it is filled with false soul damning teaching.
But let me repeat myself. All the liberal professing Christians will love this movie. All those who do not love sound Biblical doctrine will love this movie. Great leaders in the church that profess to be Christian will shout their praises of this demonic movie. This will effectively expose them as the Satanic tares that they really are! But this movie will be accepted and used by liberal churches that have fallen away from the Lord Jesus as "outreach".
There will be a great uniting in the days ahead between Romanism and apostate Christianity. This tool will be a major uniting force between apostate Christianity and Romanism.
Finally, all who view this movie will have their conscience seared by the extreme violence, torture, and bloodshed. Their conscience will be seared and their hearts will be prepared to accept the coming antichrist.
FALSE CONVERSIONS
This demonic movie gives a tremendous psychological shock to a person. As a result there will be many people affected by this movie. A better word would be they will have their conscience assaulted and scared by all the extreme pain and violence in this evil movie. I expect to hear many testimonies that will go something like this:
My husband/wife really did not attend church. However, after viewing this movie his/her life was changed and now attends church.
There may be many 'flavors' of the above story. The sad thing about all these testimonies will be that fact that they were moved by a Jesus that is not the Jesus of the Bible. They were moved by the violent death of Mel Gibson's catholic Jesus. They have come under a false gospel which has presented to them a false Jesus. Here is what the Bible says about that:

6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you
into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:
7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and
would pervert the gospel of Christ.
8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel

The Bible is very clear. Those who present a false gospel and a false Jesus are accursed of God. This means Mel Gibson and his staff right now have the curse of God in their lives for bringing to the world this exceedingly deceiving movie about a false catholic Jesus.
These verses are also a rebuke to those who claim to be a Christian yet are so easily led astray by a false presentation of the gospel with a false Jesus. God expects people to know better... by how many really do?

The devil knows that his time is coming and this demonic movie is part of the preparation for the kingdom of the antichrist.

Some people hurt and scared by this movie will be God's people. The above warning applies to those that do the hurting and damage to the conscience by the emotional violence in this movie. Yes, some of God's people have been blinded, backslidding, and weak in doctrine. These people will attend the movie and have their conscience hurt by this movie. The multitudes of tares that see this movie will be moved closer to the coming one world religion and the antichrist.
My advise is to get ready as the Lord Jesus is coming back soon! This movie is part of the very last days deceptions to lead people away from the Lord Jesus and into the arms of Satan and his coming antichrist.
