In these last days before the return of the Lord Jesus, many have dared to defy the Word of God and deny the fact of the sinfulness of man and the reality of hell.
Keep this in mind: Hell exists whether a person chooses to believe in it or not. A persons unbelief does not affect the reality of the existance of hell, the lake of fire.
This page is here to challenge people to get right with God through the only Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.
EVERYONE IS A SINNER - THIS MEANS YOU TOO!
The Bible clearly states that we are all sinners and that there is none righteous.
Romans 3
23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
This means you reader and this means me! We are all sinners before a Holy God.
SIN HAS A PENALTY - AND THAT PENALTY IS HELL
The Bible clearly states that the penalty for sin is death. There are two forms of death in the Bible.
1) Physical death which is the death of our physical body
2) Spiritual death which is eternal separation from God in hell,
the lake of fire.
Ezekiel 18
20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear
the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the
iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall
be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.
Luke 13
3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
Since we are all sinners then we all must bear the penalty for our sins. Before God, sin must be paid for. There are two ways to pay for our sins:
1) We pay for our sins ourself. The penalty is an eternity burning and suffering in torment in hell, the lake of fire.
2) The Lord Jesus is God manifest in human flesh. He became a man, died on the cross and paid the penalty for our sin as a substitute. He offers salvation and forgiveness of sin to all who will receive it with a humble and repenting heart. The Lord Jesus literally bears our sin and pays for it and we receive His imputed righteousness. Before God our sins are paid for by our Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ.
Remember, those who reject the Lord Jesus are choosing to pay for their sin by themselves! They are in effect saying to God that they do not want His salvation. Instead they will pay the penalty for their own sins themselves. God will honor that decision but the penalty is eternity in hell, the lake of fire.
GOD SENDS NO ONE TO HELL - PEOPLE GO TO HELL BY CHOICE
As a result of God's salvation, a Saviour who paid the penalty for sin has been provided. Be rejecting God's salvation a person is making the choice before God to go to hell. The choice to go to hell is not God's but the individual person. God hopes people will choose to accept the Lord Jesus and the gift of salvation and forgiveness. God wants people in heaven and not suffering in eternal hellfire.
Remember that the Lord Jesus is the ONLY Saviour. There is no other way to heaven except by Him
Matthew 7
13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide [is] the gate, and
broad [is] the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there
be which go in thereat:
14 Because strait [is] the gate, and narrow [is] the way,
which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
John 14
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the
life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Acts 4
12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is
none other name under heaven given among men, whereby
we must be saved.
God will honor your eternal decision. If you choose to reject the only Saviour, the Lord Jesus, you are saying to God that you have chosen to spend your eternity in hell, the lake of fire. You have made the choice to pay for your own sins. To me, only a really stupid person would make that choice!
Isa 1
18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD:
though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as
snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
Below are several articles warning of the reality of hell. Sadly for you, If the Lord Jesus is not YOUR Lord and Saviour, you are on the way to hell - right now!
John 3
36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he
that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath
of God abideth on him.
Right now if the Lord Jesus is not your Lord and Saviour, you are literally one heartbeat from hell. Picture yourself hanging over the lake of fire and being held up only be a tiny thread. Just because you cannot currently see your damnation doesn't mean it doesn't exist! Hell is very real and at the moment of your death, you will be forever lost unless the Lord Jesus is your Lord and Saviour.
Revelation 14
10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God,
which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his
indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone
in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence
of the Lamb:
11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and
ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the
beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark
of his name.
Rev 20
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life
was cast into the lake of fire.
